Login to your partner account and create an Open Source support profile. Your profile is designed to give potential customers information about what type of support services you offer. When you create your profile, you specify:
- Contact information for yourself or your company
- Features you provide with your services
- What software packages you provide support for
- Physical locations from which you offer support services
- Description of the services you offer
Once created, you support profile will appear on the FindOpenSourceSupport.com website.

| Step 3. Start Receiving Referrals |

Potential customers who are looking for Open Source support can search our website and find your profile. If your offerings match their search criteria, they may contact you using either the direct contact information you provide in your profile or by using our partner contact system.
When clients contact you using our contact system:
- You will receive an email notification about the new referral
- You can login to your partner account to view details of the referral
Client referrals are stored in our database, so you can view and print them at any time by logging in to your partner account. Once you receive a referral, you should follow up with the client to see if your support services would be a good fit for them. From this point on, it is up to you to manage your relationship with the client. Ayamon has provided you with a referral and its up to you to make the most of it!
